Temptation Bundling

I'm enjoying this book on Atomic habits by James Carr, and this got me thinking, how do I bundle my temptations? What can I do to connect what you like with what you have to do. The sauna is always my favourite after a long day at work and I need to practice my swimming to get better at it.


My sauna session is bundled with my swimming session, so after swimming for 20 minutes, I get to spend 20 minutes in the sauna. My focus is more on the sauna!

Regardless of how cold the pool is or how bad the weather is, I'm still going to the gym because I know I'm going to the sauna afterward!

This has been a great motivator for me and I've been so consistent with it.
