At the time I was in my twenties, going to the gym was more like attending a fashion show. I would ride the treadmill for twenty minutes, spend more time at the water fountain, and finally brag that I had gone to the gym.

It was difficult for me to maintain this level of fitness after childbirth. My body took its own course after childbirth, and I struggled to regain the body I had deserved. Having children, it took me a long time to maintain consistency. It sounded like I was making excuses.

Finally, I concluded that going to a gym would not be feasible for me. As a result, I decided to set up my own home gym.

It initially worked, but motivation was very low.

As soon as COVID hit, I wanted to exercise because I found that it kept me sane. I decided which type of exercise I would do, with or without equipment. My online personal trainer did not work for me.

I then decided to do it by myself!!!

When I told my friends about this routine, they finally joined me. It was good to have my friends around, we could encourage each other to stay active. My why was still a mystery to me.

The act of exercising makes me feel happy and gives me strength.
