Here's how to live your best life after 40

It is important to me that I continue doing the things I enjoy while I am living. I don't want my quality of life to be limited by illness or pain, so I decided to take control of my health and make a change.

Often times, people in their late 30s or early 40s have back pain, fatigue, stress, high cholesterol, low blood sugar and constant mood swings.

My reading and research convinced me that I need to change my lifestyle in order to enjoy my 40's and beyond. Therefore, I have decided to take on this lifelong journey of living a healthy lifestyle.

Although changing my diet was difficult, I found it rewarding because I managed to do it gradually - without drastic measures.

WHY

Eating a healthy diet provides the body with the nutrients it needs to function properly. It can also help to reduce the risk of diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Additionally, a healthy diet can help to improve one's overall mood and mental well being.

By incorporating this habit of eating well. I have more energy now and I can do all the things I love. As a result, I get to spend quality time with my family and loved ones. I look healthy and my mental health has improved dramatically.

There will be no headaches and little illnesses any more.

One important thing about this is that I did not resort to a quick fix. This has been a journey. I have researched and tried different things and stick to this habit.


This has been a gradual process of replacing bad food with another.

I want to encourage you to start today.

Replace 'bad' food with a good one and see how you feel afterwards.
